Inspector Beltran is one of the characters in Netflix's Cable Girls original series.
Biography[]
Beltran is an inspector who demands money from Lidia/Abla to keep his mouth shut. In the first season, he makes Abla an offer that will allow her to freely if she were to get him money from the safe. Later on, in the season, he gets a picture of Alba kissing Francisco and demands more money so that he will not have to release the photo to the public; Alba later tells him that she can give him something more valuable than money and he accepts.
